It's really unbelievable how customers are dealt with here. (I would like to vent my anger with a few curses, but my upbringing forbids that) 😤🤬 We asked‼ ️ about gluten-free ice cream for our 3-year-old. The woman who was supposed to do what would be called service elsewhere pointed to the card that had no markings on it, then cursed us and threw us out when we asked if she could take a quick look at the package. All of this in the presence of the little ones, who of course cried snot and water. I've really never seen anything like this underground. I will never go to this corner again!

Very nice café / tavern. Beautifully prepared inside and out. Homemade great cakes and a soup menu. Traditional as well as modern dishes (bowls). Carrot-ginger soup highly recommended. Prices absolutely okay! Just the thing after an extensive hike!

This year we are in Waldhäuser for the second time and love this place! Homemade, delicious cakes and really good coffee! Small but fine menu with food for everyone. Hearty, spicy, fresh, also for vegetarians. The Waldhäuser Cordon Bleu with Obatzdn and pretzel breading is worth a sin. Very attentive and kind staff

We were hiking and only wanted something to drink at 10.30 a.m. We didn't know that it was only open from 11:00 a.m. Very unfriendly, one likes to go there again.

The restaurant on the upper edge of Waldhauser is pleasant with quick and friendly service. The prices are good and the cuisine excellent.
